You’re a natural salesperson Lobo

Some people say sales comes naturally to me
Because I’m outgoing
That’s only a small part of it 👇

Salespeople are like athletes:

→ There is a lot of conditioning.
→ Sales professionals must continuously build their skills to thrive.

We need to prepare for the unexpected:

→ Economic changes.
→ Leadership changes.
→ Account reassignments.
→ New product offerings.
→ Territory changes.

This involves:

→ Mastering product knowledge.
→ Effective communication.
→ Relentless prospecting.
→ Building strong relationships.
→ Handling objections.
→ Being a closer.

These are some things I do to stay sharp:

→ Stay Informed: Keep up with industry trends, competitors & the market.
→ Demand Generation: Without at-bats, there are no opportunities.
→ Practice, Practice, Practice: Role play regularly.
→ Set Goals: Gotta know where you’re going.
→ Embrace Failure: Learn from mistakes.
→ Upskill – Sharpen and learn new skills.

→ By embracing the mindset of a sales athlete, you will do great things in your sales career.
